Simon Haskey is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of One City Global (OCG), an AI-native Venture Studio that transforms operational knowledge into commercial assets.
Simon leads the operational execution of the business, overseeing customer delivery, commercial operations, platform commercialisation and organisational scale. His role is focused on ensuring that proven customer solutions become repeatable platforms, products and reusable technology.
With more than twenty-five years of experience across Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, Dell Technologies and global enterprise organisations, Simon has built a career leading complex technology and business transformation programmes for organisations operating at significant scale.
At OCG, he combines this experience with a venture-building mindset, establishing the operational capability, governance and execution discipline required to scale an AI-native Venture Studio from customer-funded innovation into a portfolio of commercial assets.
