Steve Clapp is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of One City Global (OCG), an AI-native Venture Studio that transforms operational knowledge into commercial assets.
Over more than twenty-five years, Steve has worked at the intersection of enterprise transformation, strategic innovation and venture creation, helping some of the world's largest organisations solve complex operational challenges while repeatedly identifying opportunities to create scalable products, platforms and new business models.
Beginning his career in global telecommunications before progressing through senior leadership roles at Accenture, Deloitte and executive consulting positions, Steve has led strategic programmes across telecommunications, infrastructure, aviation, utilities, financial services, government and emerging technology sectors throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As Founder and CEO of OCG, Steve has evolved the business from a specialist transformation consultancy into an AI-native Venture Studio that works alongside organisations to solve operational challenges and systematically converts proven solutions into reusable commercial assets.
Current Responsibilities
As Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for the strategic direction and long-term growth of One City Global.
